Retreat begins at 2pm on Friday, August 21st, with time to arrive and settle. We will gather for an opening circle at 4:30pm. Dinner and yin yoga to follow.
Saturday, August 22nd, is a full retreat day, beginning at 7am and ending around 9pm. Schedule will consist of three meals, a yoga & meditation class, a guided breathwork journey, workshop & connection circle, ecstatic dance, time to explore the property, and more.
Retreat ends at 2pm on Sunday, August 23rd, following morning activities & a closing circle.

Liane Bluth
retreat host & guide
Liane is a yoga instructor, group event facilitator and speech language pathologist. She brings authentic yoga teachings rooted in traditional Hatha and Tantra lineages from Rishikesh, India. Her heart lies in creating spaces for women to gather, connect & soften into their feminine nature. She provides tangible tools to support nervous system regulation, helping you to ground and move from a place of intention & presence.

Lynne Rey
retreat chef & educator
Lynne is a chef, educator and herbalist. She brings food, ritual, cultural heritage and botanical wisdom together to create experiences of nourishment that lay foundations for deeper self love. She sources ingredients with intention, celebrating the Earth we share and reclaiming ancient culinary traditions. In addition to cooking for the gathering, Lynne will offer plant walks and facilitate empowering conversation focused on women’s health and relationship with the natural world.
